RETURN POLICY

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of
receiving your order

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all labels and seals intact

Hairbrushes, accessories, and any used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards

Bundles, sets, and collections must be returned in full—partial returns are not allowed

Free gifts must be included with any return

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return

Only products purchased directly from arachne.com are eligible for return

Returns based on personal preference or dislike are not accepted

Excessive returns may result in review or restriction of future return eligibility

We do not offer exchanges at this time

HOW TO RETURN

All returns must be submitted by email to the_assist@arachne.com

Include your order number, items you wish to return, and reason for return

Returns not submitted by email will not be processed

You will receive an email once your return is approved or rejected

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, submit a photo and order details to the_assist@arachne.com

All hairbrushes are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty register to activate

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method

REFUNDS

Returns are inspected within 14 days of receipt

Once approved, refunds may take up to 72 hours to appear in your account
